We’re excited to share some great news! Holly Riggs is officially our new General Manager!
Many of you already know Holly from her years serving as our Human Resource and Finance Director, and more recently as Interim General Manager throughout 2025. The Board of Directors is thrilled to formally welcome her into this role. Her leadership has already made a meaningful impact, and we’re confident she’ll continue guiding the Co-op toward a strong future.
If you’ve been in the store lately, you’ve probably felt the positive energy. With the remodel and all the hard work behind the scenes, the Co-op truly feels like a breath of fresh air. We’re seeing growing support from owners and shoppers, and it’s an exciting time for our community.
Holly has played a big part in this momentum. She’s a knowledgeable leader and, just as importantly, a thoughtful listener. Working with a board of seven people isn’t always simple, but Holly navigates that dynamic with professionalism, care, and a steady hand.
She’s also the first to recognize the team around her. When the Board shared its appreciation, Holly responded, “I give bucket loads of credit to our management team and staff for lifting the store this past year—they provided great space—and grace—as I transitioned into the role of General Manager.”
We couldn’t agree more. It’s a team effort, and we’re grateful for everyone who’s helped bring the Co-op to where it is today.
We’re looking forward to what’s ahead and are so glad to be on this journey together with Holly at the helm.
