Summary of Responsibilities: This position maintains a store-wide level of cleanliness and safety, providing daily cleaning and conditioning throughout the store and occasionally assisting other departments as requested. Our staff always provides excellent customer service, handling as a first priority.

This is a part-time hourly position, approximately 22-24 hours per week, working evenings and at least one weekend night. This position generally starts at $11.75 per hour during the introductory period DOE.  Please submit a completed CNFC Application (below) to be considered.

Floor Supervisor

Closes: This position will start reviewing Monday, June 5, 2017, but will remain open until filled.

Summary of Responsibilities: This position ensures the highest level of service possible to Chico Natural Foods Cooperative’s customers.  Working under the direction of the Front End Manager, Floor Supervisors main responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of the store and monitor the flow between departments.  This position provides on-floor leadership to staff, as well as handles emergencies as they arise.  The Floor Supervisor works to ensure store operations drive an optimum customer service experience. The Floor Supervisor works to ensure that each customer feels welcome, their needs are well attended to, and their service expectations are exceeded.

Minimum Experience: Leadership or team experience 1-3 years and Retail or Cashier experience 1 – 3 years.

This is a full-time hourly position, approximately 32-40 hours per week. Shifts may vary working daytime, evenings, and weekends. The wage range $14.75 – 17.75 DOE during the introductory period. Please submit a completed CNFC Application (below) to be considered.
