Our entry level positions will start at a minimum of $11.35 per hour (Chico's Living Wage based on FT status) after successful completion of our 3-month introductory period.

Summary of Responsibilities: Under the direction and guidance of the Operations Director, the Retail Support and Promotions Coordinator is responsible for supporting retail operations involving pricing and product systems, implementing and monitoring dynamic and engaging promotions campaigns, and ensuring the Co-op brand image is cultivated and maintained on the retail sales floor. This position will provide regular data reports to operations department managers and directors to support improved category management, promotional effectiveness, increased movement/sales, stronger margins, etc. As a member of the Operations department, this position ensures that all promotions and support activities integrate and align the Operations departments (Center Store, Produce, Deli and Front End) in coordination with the Marketing department.

Minimum Experience: At least 2 years retail experience or equivalent relevant experience is required; previous customer service experience; employee must have and maintain a current California Driver’s License and insurance; must have experience with margin pricing and analysis.

This is a full-time hourly position, approximately 32-38 hours per week. Shifts may vary working early morning, daytime, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. The wage range $14.75 – 17.75 DOE during the introductory period. Please submit a completed CNFC Application (below) to be considered.
