Just like the rest of our Co-op Kitchen deli items, all self-serve hot food and salad bar ingredients are made with certified organic ingredients with the exception of sustainably grown local produce, local dairy products, and sustainable meats (such as Diestel Farms Turkey).

With the exception of the soup, all hot and cold bar menu food items are priced the same at $8.99/lb, so you can mix and match in one container.*

Hot and cold breakfast bar menu items are $7.99/lb.

  • Breakfast bar items are available from 7am-10:30am. Hot bar menu: organic & gluten-free oatmeal, breakfast burritos (vegan, vegetarian and meat options) and breakfast pastries (ham & cheese, spinach & cheese, apple and blueberry). Burritos and pastries are priced per item, not pound. Cold menu: organic & gluten-free soaked oats, organic yogurt (plain), house-made granola (made without gluten containing ingredients), and organic cut fruit.

  • Early Bird specials (7am-8am only) include free coffee with the purchase of a breakfast burrito OR two Co-op made breakfast pastries, Brown Cow single-serve yogurt cups 2 for $1 and Uncle Matt's 12oz organic pulp-free orange and grapefruit juices 2 for $3.

  • Lunch/Dinner menu items (listed above) are available from 11am-9pm. This also consists of a full salad bar featuring certified organic and/or locally grown produce, dressings, salad toppings, and our famous soups.

  • From 8pm-9pm during our Night Owl Special, self-serve hot and salad bar is only $5.99/lb! Pair that with a cold drought kombucha for only $2.99/lb (8pm-9pm only).

Unfortunately, due to health code regulations, customers are not permitted to use personal containers.  We hope to be able to implement a reusable container program in the future.
